Income Tax Forms

The IRS and Ill. Dept. of Revenue are severely reducing the amount of tax materials they send to public libraries. These agencies increasingly expect taxpayers to order forms by telephone or download them on the Internet. These decisions are entirely outside the control of the library.

We are  happy to provide you with whatever tax forms and instructions we may have.

We cannot order forms from the IRS or Ill. Dept. of Revenue.

Fortunately, you can download forms on the Internet, or order them by telephone.

You may also order forms online. You'll get two copies of each form you order, plus the instructions. This is a valuable option for taxpayers who need lengthy instruction manuals.
