Registration opens Mon, Jul 8th, at 9 AM for Wood Decoupage with Wanda Cobert! Decoupage is a crafting technique that involves gluing cutouts onto an object and then coating the object and cutouts with layers of modpodge. Program is on Sat, Jul 27th, at 10 AM.
