A Girl Scout Birthday Party

On Nov. 8, the Girl Scouts held a birthday party at the library for their founder, Juliette Gordon Low.

Even 154 years after her birth, Ms. Low's scouts strive to develop "courage, confidence and character."











Juliette's spirit filled the library with her ideal of  "a circle of friendships united by ideas."
