A Healthy Valentine's Day

Popcorn is good for you.
On Saturday, Feb. 14, Nina Schuss, the Milan Hy-Vee's Registered Dietitian, gave a presentation on heart-healthy eating.
Nina addresses the topic of chocolate. 








A valuable take-away was Nina's "80-20" rule. By eating correctly and moderately 80% of the time, we can allow ourselves occasional treats the other 20% of the time.










Because the presentation was on Valentine's Day, many of us chose the 20% option.
