Eating for Beauty


We had a great time learning from Nina Struss, R.D. and LDN, about how to improve our beauty with healthy eating.  She taught us how to keep our hair, nails, and skin healthy and improve our overall health with Mother Nature's food.   We also ate some delicious food including blood oranges, a lentil salad, Cara Cara oranges, and Mexican chocolate.
