Groundbreaking Ceremony

The Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new library building was Saturday, June 16th at 9:00 a.m.   The new library will be located at the corner of 5th Avenue and East Main Street in Aledo, Illinois.


The new library building will be accessible for people in wheelchairs and strollers with one level.  The new library should be completed by spring of 2019.  The Friends of the library are currently accepting donations to go toward the library.
