Cooking For One or Two Program


Dietitian Visit Fall 2018


Registered Dietitian, Nina Struss, presented a great "Cooking for One or Two" program on Saturday!  We learned about how to eat a balanced diet, especially in respect to cooking for one or two people.  She had many tips for how to shop and cook for one or two people.  Struss also showed us how to make a delicious chicken salad and brought some apples for us to sample.
